As part of the Riverside County Transportation Commission's 91 Project, temporary closures and restricted access of the Main Street roadway and ramps will begin in late August to allow crews to lower and widen the roadway. 

Three types of closures will be implemented:

1.       On the weekends of August 28, September 11 and September 18, Main Street will be closed between Grand Boulevard and Third Street. ALL 91 ramps will be closed at Main Street. Closures will start each Friday at 9 pm and end each Monday at 4 am.

2.       On weeknights from 9 pm to 4 am between August 31 and late September Main Street will be closed between Grand Boulevard and Third Street. ALL 91 ramps will be closed at Main Street. 

3.       On weekdays from 4 am to 9 pm between August 31 and late September, there will be restricted access to and from the westbound 91 on-ramp and eastbound 91 off-ramp at Main Street. 

Motorists should follow all posted detours.  The Grand Boulevard westbound on-ramp and eastbound off-ramp will remain open throughout these closures. Please allow extra travel time, watch for signs and rideshare whenever possible. Metrolink train riders should allow additional time to and from the North Main Corona Station.
