It’s Great to be in Business in America, and Especially Corona, CA! This month we will welcome the following tax professionals, for an interesting and informative panel on the new laws and how they affect businesses. We will also have Q&A with them.
Ash W. Shenouda, CPA | Grace S. Clark, CPA | Christopher Jonathan Ramirez, EA |
Ash W. Shenouda has been a CPA for over 25 years. He opened his own business in Orange County in 2003. He established his Corona practice in 2006. Ash’s specialties are in taxation and audits for non-profit organizations. He has also served on the California Board of Accountancy.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Grace Clark has served the Inland Empire and Southern California in accounting and tax services for over thirty-five years. Grace received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentration Accounting from California State University San Bernardino and was employed by Smith Marion & Co for over 11 years. Currently the owner of Grace S Clark, CPA, A.P.C., she supports her clients providing tax, bookkeeping, and controller services for small to medium sized businesses.
Grace is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), currently serving as Vice President for the Inland Empire Chapter of CalCPA, and serves as Treasurer on multiple nonprofit Boards.

Christopher Jonathan Ramirez is the owner of Christopher Jonathan Ramirez, EA & Associates, LLC, a tax firm in Corona, CA. He is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service, and has been practicing as a tax professional since 2009.
Christopher has gained his experience from working at his father's firm, as well as from the many seminars and certifications from continuous education he has attained and continues to attain each year. He works with clients with various tax issues, representing tax payers in front of several different taxing agencies, IRS Offer and Compromise and tax audits.
He is successfully running his office here in Corona, as well as his father's firm in LA County. He is also currently working towards his goal of earning his Masters Degree in Taxation. He is in good standing within the tax professional community via the California Society of Tax Consultants (CSTC) and the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA).
Christopher is also an active member within the cities of Corona and Eastvale. In addition, Christopher is also a photography instructor at the Eastvale Community Center. His passion for numbers and photography has translated to him becoming an active Executive Director with the title of Treasurer for the Inland Empire Professional Photographers and Videographers Association (IEPPV).
Christopher is known for his passion for helping his clients resolve their tax problems as well as his love for photography, the great outdoors, and his family.

Good Morning Corona is a monthly meeting dedicated to keeping businesses up to date on topics of interest. This is a great opportunity to meet people across a variety of industries. A light breakfast is included as well. Speakers change each month.
