Have you experienced the "WISDOM OF THE CROWD"?
Hello … My name is Craig Korotko.  I am a Certified Business Coach with FocalPoint Business Coaching and SoCal MasterMinds.  I recently joined the Corona Chamber of Commerce and now I’m looking to form a MasterMind Group in Corona with local business owners!
 
About nine months ago, a group of local business owners started a Mastermind group. The members were carefully selected and could only join by invitation. The purpose of the group was to allow one member at each meeting to lay out the vision, plans, goals, along with the issues, problems, and hinderances to reaching those goals for the company AND for the individual.
 
The results of this effort have been absolutely mind boggling. The combination of great advice from peers and the accountability of the peer group has brought about actual visible changes, both long and short term. So much so that Randy Kirk and I have decided to form SoCal MasterMinds and build additional groups.
 
We now have MasterMind chapters meeting in Redlands and Riverside. While we have a few spots open if you are interested, we have scheduled a meeting on May 3rd that will introduce the opportunity for forming an entirely new chapter in Corona. If you would like to be in on the ground floor of this exciting new group, come to the introduction meeting to find out more about how MasterMind groups are helping motivated professionals of any age or situation increase sales, profits, efficiency, and quality of life, both inside and outside the job.
 
Here is how the group will function should you choose to accept our invitation. We will meet once per month in a board room for 4 hours. Each month, one member will present their specific goals and challenges. Prior to their presentation, Randy and/or I will visit with that individual company to prepare for the presentation.
 
The presentation will last approximately 2 1/2 hours. The other 11 members, Randy, and I will all offer direction, recommendations, and personal observations that should create real opportunities for advancing the goals of the business and the individual member. Unsurprisingly, the others in attendance will gain almost as much as the presenting member by virtue of the brainstorming and the ideas that may apply to them, too.
 
There will be 45 minutes for follow up on earlier meetings and updates from previous presenters. Finally, there will be 45 minutes for the members to bring up needs that can’t wait until they present. To the degree possible, we will ask members to send the topics of their needs to the group ahead of time.
 
Every effort will be made to end the meeting promptly at 4 hours. Members might choose to meet with other members to take deeper dives into the relationships and knowledge about their businesses.
 
Between the group MasterMind meetings, each member is offered an individual coaching session to discuss anything that they want. The goal will be to bridge the group discussions with more direct consulting.
 
You may be aware that there are many groups like this that charge a small fortune for membership. Craig and I have decided that there is no reason why it should be so expensive. Therefore we have set the pricing at a rock bottom cost of $200 per month!
