We are El Guero y La Flaca Craft Barbecue and Desserts. We started our barbecue venture in March of 2023 and its been amazing. We have done numerous markets, catering events, and breweries all over Southern California in the two years since we started this husband and wife team.
We have a meticulous menu that includes our handcrafted rubs and sauces with flavors that are like no other. We've managed to incorporate our Latin Roots that bring Mexican and Cuban spices into Texas Barbecue leaving you wanting for more.
